The service is provided by a dedicated team in a relatively small property, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities, plus a charming balcony to unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping staff were diligent in keeping everything tidy. While the room was a bit on the small side considering the price, it was still a cozy and pleasant space.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location right on the beach in Tamarin Bay, ideal for activities like kayaking and surfing. It's not too touristy and close to scenic areas in the South. Despite the beautiful setting, the dining options were limited, and the advance dinner buffet had very little left for a group of 16 guests. The service by the operation manager, Ajay, was wonderful, though sometimes not going the extra mile to accommodate requests, and the adventure assistant, William, was exceptional in helping us plan outings with a smile on his face.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were well-presented and nice looking, though they could use more floor and countertop space along with drying racks. The service by Ajay, the operation manager, was welcoming and helpful, though at times requests were met with a 'no'. The location was charming, right on the beach in Tamarin Bay, offering easy access to the beautiful surroundings of Mauritius. The dining experience was basic with limited options and some service delays, but the overall menu was good.
